Two pupils at Hartman Middle School in south-east Houston, Texas have been caught engaging in oral sex during a lesson while their classmates sat nearby.

The alleged incident took place after the teaching assistant left the room to get lunch for the youngsters.

There were five students in total in a behavioural modification class that was supposed to be under constant adult supervision.

The teacher has been removed from the school and reassigned to other duties following the incident. The two students involved could be charged with public lewdness.
