Stacy came over for dinner and a movie last night now that my eyes are fully recovered. I cooked up a hot and tasty chicken paprika from a recipe given to me by my friend "Big Bear". It uses Hungarian Paprika, a mild, sweet tasting paprika which gives the chicken a fantastic taste and aroma.

Anyway I thought I'd share the recipe with you...

For two people one large chicken breast is more than enough. You'll also need salt, pepper, flour, unsalted sweet cream butter, sweet onion, paprika, sour cream and a handful of small sliced mushrooms.

Slice and dice the onion and sautee in butter. Use low to medium heat so that the butter and onions do not burn. It takes a while so be patient. The onions are done when they are soft and transluscent. Set aside the onions. You'll add them back into the pan later.

Take a paper or plastic bag and put some flour, salt, and pepper in it. Add the chicken to the bag. Close the bag and shakee it so the chicken is completely covered in flour.

Add more butter to the frying pan and sautee the chicken until it turns a nice light brown color. Keep an eye on it and stir frequently. The flour coating will absorb some of the butter. Add more butter as necessary.

When the chicken is ready add the sauteed onions, the mushrooms, a heaped teaspoon of paprika and half a cup of water. Stir, set the heat to low and let simmer for a half hour or so. The liquid will reduce to a sauce like consistency. Add more water a little at a time if the sauce gets too thick.

Remove the frying pan from the stove and let it stand for a minute. Add one cup sour cream and stir. Sprinkle more paprika on top but don't stir it in. I usually serve it on a bed of extra wide noodles but you could also use rice.

Follow this up with a nice glass of wine, a long, slow blowjob and a liberal serving of smooth shaved pussy for dessert and you have the perfect menu for a great night in :)
